PRICING POLICY: cp7.ca reserves the right to change any or all the prices with or without notice at any given time. Any quotes issued by cp7.ca and/or kamrock are valid for a period of 14 days after the issue date of quote. In an event of pricing change, the new pricing will come in effect immediately. Hosting / domain packages paid for prior to pricing change will keep active on old prices until the hosting/domain package renewal. The renewal will be charged at the prices effective at the date of renewal.
LINK / BRANDING POLICY: cp7.ca reserves the right to leave a link in the footer/code/php to either cp7.ca or kamrock.net on every website developed by cp7. This link ensures that cp7.ca gets credit for developing your website and also attract new customers in the future. Removing the link may cause your website to not work properly and a legal action may be taken against the violator. In order to remove the link, a fee of $500 plus any applicable taxes will be applied.
PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED CONTENT POLICY: cp7.ca will NOT develop, host, register or work on any websites related to:
- Adult Websites, sexually-oriented adult material
- Alcohol related
- Animal and wildlife products, including live animals
- Casino or gambling related
- Charity or fundraising content
- Counterfeit currency and stamps
- Drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Drug-like substances
- Piracy of software, music, movies or videos
- Replica of any products of service
- Sale of embargoed goods
- Firearms, weapons and knives
- Healthcare items
- Government documents, ID and licenses
- Hazardous material
- Human parts and remains
- Magic, anything to do with magic
- Military devices
- Pesticides
- Prescription drugs
- Tobacco
- Web / Software Development Companies
cp7.ca reserves the right to refuse anything not listed in the list above, if we do not want to be involved with that particular content.
CONTENT COPYRIGHT POLICY: Any content created by cp7.ca or kamrock can only be hosted on a private or new server with written approval from cp7.ca or kamrock. Copying any content created by us to a new server without written permission from cp7.ca or kamrock is NOT allowed. Any webpages created by cp7.ca or kamrock shall NOT be edited, modified, duplicated or reproduced by another web development company or a programmer / designer. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of international and Canadian law.
