Reset Your Password
To log in to your CP7 Web Hosting account, you need your customer number and password. If you cannot remember your customer number or password, you can use our Account Retrieval System to obtain the information necessary to access your account. You can access the system by by selecting Forgot your password? from the Password field on our Home page.
From the Account Retrieval System, you can use the following options:
- Retrieve Customer Number — Sends your customer number to the email address associated with the account.
- Retrieve Password Hint — Displays your password hint.
- Reset Password — Sends an authorization code to the email address associated with the account.
